These checks solve most export, screenshot, and App Store Connect sizing issues.

Before You Contact Support

Make sure you are running the latest version of AppBestShot from the Mac App Store. If importing or exporting fails, restart the app and try a local folder such as Desktop or Documents.

App Store Connect Image Sizes

Use the Fix tab to convert rejected screenshots into exact App Store Connect-compatible PNGs. For iPhone portrait screenshots, the safest target is 1284 x 2778 pixels.

Files and Export

AppBestShot uses standard macOS open and save panels. If saving fails, choose a folder where your user account has write permission and avoid folders that are still syncing.

Refunds and Purchases

AppBestShot is sold through the Mac App Store as a one-time purchase. Apple handles purchase history, refunds, family sharing availability, taxes, and payment processing.
